He’s married to Jennifer Leto, our operations manager and the engine behind our day-to-day, and he’s a proud dad of two and gradpa of two. John’s steady leadership keeps projects moving smoothly, on time, and with the kind of quality you can feel the moment you walk in.

Aly keeps our job sites humming – coordinating crews, tracking details, and making sure every finish looks just right. Married to her husband, Cody, she’s also a mom of twoo and a devoted dog owner. Aly brings energy, organization, and a “let’s solve it” mindset to every build.
